Oggi vi mostro questi bellissimi fiori effetto acrilico che mi sono stati inviati da Born Pretty Store. La ruotina è divisa in 12 sezioni, ognuna contenente almeno 2 decorazioni per tipo. Ci sono rose e fiori di vario genere, ma anche dei fiocchetti molto carini.
Hey, guys! I'm sorry for having been MIA with reviews, but I assure I have a lot of material ready to show you, especially swatches. Today I'm showing you these gorgeous false acrylic flowers which I was sent by Born Pretty Store. The wheel is divided into 12 sections, each containing at least 2 decorations for each kind. There are roses and other flowers, but also some very cute bows.
Ho sempre adorato le decorazioni tridimensionali che possono essere create con le polveri acriliche e penso che questa sia proprio la soluzione migliore per chi, come me, lavora con soli smalti.
Ecco come risultano una volta applicate.
I've always loved those 3D decorations that can be created with acrylic powders and I think this is the best solution for those, like me, who work with nail polish only.
Here's what they look like once applied.
Il modo migliore che ho trovato per attaccare il fiore sull'unghia è quello di stendere il colore di base e aspettare che sia completamente asciutto. Nel mio caso ho scelto questo rosa brillante di OPI ("Shorts Stories") che si abbina perfettamente al colore interno del fiore.
Poi basterà prendere un po' di colla per unghie e stenderla sul retro della decorazione. Dopo averla applicata sull'unghia, è meglio aspettare un po' che la colla faccia presa, mantenendo il fiore in posizione con una leggera pressione. Così facendo eviteremo che i bordi si sollevino.
Trovo che con questi fiori effetto acrilico sia facilissimo realizzare una nail art particolare e molto bella in pochissimo tempo! E poi, se fate attenzione, potete riutilizzare le decorazioni tutte le volte che volete ;)
The flowers are "rubbery", so that it's easy to apply them on any kind of nail, even the most curvy ones.
The best way I could find to place the flower on my nail was to apply the base color and wait for it to be completely dry. In this case, I chose this bright pink by OPI ("Shorts Stories") that matches perfectly the inner part of the flower.
Then you will only need to take a bit of nail glue and put it on the back of the decoration. After having placed it on the nail, it's better if you wait for the glue to grip on the nail polish, keeping the flower in position with a light pressure. This way the edges won't lift.
I think that these false acrylic flowers are great to create a unique and beautiful nail art in a very short time! Also, if you are careful, you can reuse all the decorations any time you want ;)
